Thanks for posting the chapter from the book! I've been looking for a copy of your book here in the U.S., but it's pretty rare.

I think we met back in the 1970s when you made a short visit to Camp Rising Sun in Rhinebeck, NY, yes? Or do I just remember you from all the glowing reports about your work?
